My husband had the privilege of traveling to Peru a few weeks ago. He took a group of students and they volunteered at a school. In their down time he got to explore the local markets of Chinchero, Pisca, and Cusco. They also visited an alpaca farm, Awana Kancha, and meet with local weavers. Sadly I cold not join, but he brought me back some great textiles and all these wonderful photos I will share with you throughout this week and next. So stayed tuned for lots of amazing inspiration from this talented and color culture.
